2. Use of the app
- Use requires an account
- For personal use only
- Minimum age: 13 years
3. Account
- The user is responsible for the account
- The account can be deleted
- Stylon may restrict or terminate accounts in case of misuse
4. User content
Users retain rights to their content. By uploading, users grant Stylon a limited license.
Prohibited:
- Illegal content
- Misleading or harmful content
5. AI features
Stylon uses AI. Results are indicative, and there is no guarantee of accuracy.
6. Social features
Users are responsible for their interactions.
7. Advertising
The app contains advertisements via Google AdMob.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Payments are processed via the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
9. Liability
Stylon is not liable for indirect damages.
10. Points and rewards (Litchi)
Stylon uses a points system (“Litchi”). Rules may be updated at any time.
11. Changes
Stylon may change the app and these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
